Returns and Exchanges

We appreciate your understanding that all sales are final. We are happy to replace defective or damaged products or items shipped in error. Contact us at store@definition.church for assistance.

Defective or Damaged Products

We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a defective items and will issue a full refund.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at store@definition.church to arrange a refund or exchange.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Return Instructions for Damaged Items

If you're returning an item received in the U.S. or Mexico place the item securely in packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

General Item Shipping Time

Our goal is to fulfill and ship orders originating within the United States within 5-7 business days.

Please note that these shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Package Tracking

Once your item ships, we’ll send you an update with any available tracking information so you can keep tabs on your order as it travels to you. Unfortunately, tracking is not always available for all orders.

Order Confirmation

After submitting your order, you should receive a confirmation email from us. If you don’t hear from us, contact us at store@definition.church to make sure we received your order.
